These Policies Are Intended For All Services Running On Van Isle BC Web Solutions Hosted Sites

Banned: Warez, Cracking, (AKA: Hacking), Satellite Keys, Gaming related Sites and Illegal activities in any form: including but not limited to activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, violation of export restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking in any obscene material - child porn, drug dealing, and other illegal activities.

Banned: Adult Content/Pornographic Materials: No nudity in any shape or form, pornographic links or advertisements associated with adult related sites and/or materials.

Banned: Hate/Race related WebSites, including but not limited to; white supremacy groups, racist websites, posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person without their consent, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, or violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

Net abuse: including but not limited to activities such as using a non-existent email return address for solicitation, spamming (sending unsolicited advertising to numerous email addresses, generating higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user), allowing spamming by third parties to promote a website hosted by Van Isle BC Web Solutions. Misuse of mail server causing excessive CPU time and resources.

Mailbombing (sending multiple messages to the same user): Attempting without authorization to enter into a secured computer system. Van Isle BC Web Solutions reserves the right to determine what constitutes banned code and net abuse.
